When a Save My Marriage Today review analyzed the situation of most of its readers, the ultimate problem is that the understanding between husband and wife tends to decline as years go by, and they just remain nonchalant about the onset of a downfall of their relationship.  Ed Opperman asked:

Many wives, and even husbands, “jump the gun” so to speak, and wonder what the outcome of their marriage will be if they find out that their “gut instinct” is true. If you suspect that your spouse may be cheating on you, your mind may naturally wander to the not-too-distant future, and the “what could be”. However, before you let your mind and emotions take over, and take you into the unfounded world of which you are contemplating, you need to, first of all, verify that your spouse is, in fact, having an extramarital affair.

JOHN W asked:

My wife and I have been married for five years, and we can’t seem to trust each other. I feel it’s because of how we got together. We were friends in college, and kept the friendship after I married my first wife.

Keeping up your enthusiasm in an unhappy marriage?

A Z asked:

I am in an unhappy marriage-married for 6 years now. Due to various reasons, divorce is not an option especially with a kid and house involved. My wife allows intimacy only once in 6 weeks.

Questions:

How do people who are in unhappy marriages keep up there enthusiasm especially when divorce is not an option ?

What things and activities you do to keep your happiness level high in such a situation ?

What are some post marriage, relaxing hobbies?

Free spirit asked:

I am very hurt and angry about the whole abuse and divorce. I need something to engage in and forget about those b@$tards who turned my life upside down. Yoga is one thing i will do. What else? I am socially very active but I have also lost faith in people, so even though I enjoy social activities, I feel very lonely.
